The NEXGEN Council Volunteer
The NEXGEN Council consists of industry professionals in the Central Florida area. The CFC ABC network builds the NEXGEN experience in a variety of industry perspectives, leadership topics, and site visits.
Classroom Session Locations
Proposed classroom space should accommodate up to 25 students and 3-4 presenters equipped with tables and chairs. On-site audio visual may be required for some sessions. Most of the annual sessions will provide a site tour that will align with the session topic.
Session Presenters & Member Experience Guest Speaker
Presentations will connect industry expertise and membership experience with the NEXGEN participants. The unique, high value of NEXGEN comes from showcasing information and a new perspective to impact our talented workforce. Leaders continue to climb the ladder to success and evolve into new roles and Central Florida Chapter membership companies come together as a way to pass the torch in a ”what it takes ” to build Central Florida.

Lunch is provided at each session which can be sponsored by the hosting office, if desired, or by a lunch sponsor who can attend the session and speak to the group.
Happy Hour following each session and tour is a chance for attendees, sponsors, guest speakers, and active members to socialize and build relationships. Board Members and ABC alumni are invited to attend these networking events to meet our NEXGEN group.
Project Tour/Site visits
Project site visits are critical to this program and tours are created specifically for this group. NEXGEN experience is “Exploring the story behind a project” and seeing it first-hand. This is a way for leaders to dig their heels into projects across Central Florida and develop a sense of ownership in the great State of Florida. Projects can be completed or an active jobsite.
