Protocols associated with workers’ comp claims management are common. There is significant importance in handling a claim correctly from start to finish that every professional should know.
This training will provide information in properly handling a claim and answer questions pertaining to the claims process. Even if attendees never have a direct role in managing a claim, this class will provide a deeper understanding the claim process and a more holistic view of a company’s business model.
