During President Biden’s campaign, he repeatedly stated that one of his goals as President would be to introduce rules and regulations making it easier for employees to unionize. His latest efforts could have dramatic impact on contactors.
Recently Orlando Weekly reported that the first Central Florida store, the Oviedo Starbucks’ workers recently voted union 24 to 6. The labor movement within Starbucks stores started in December at a New York location.
When addressed early, organizing is avoidable.
