A follow Up to the Construction 101 training ABC offers. It Is not a prerequisite but is encouraged prior to taking the 201 training.
This 3-session course has been designed as a follow up to and builds on the Construction 101 course and provides a deeper dive into Pproject management and superintendent fundamentals. Students will learn how construction firms manage the construction process from set up to turn over and will gain a basic understanding on how projects are managed from the field.
