As The Voice of Commercial Construction in Florida, ABC of Florida works tirelessly in defense of the Merit Shop Contractor.  We work to defend against anti-competitive measures that establish arbitrary barriers to entry and drive up the cost of construction to the ultimate end-user – the taxpayer, we are here to fight for you.

Whether it is passing landmark legislation establishing fairness in workforce education funding, streamlining and improving the permitting, plans review and inspection processes, or ensuring that public projects are as open and competitive as possible, we fight on your behalf so that you don’t have to.
