- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamels, or other finishes using a variety of tools, often working from scaffolding or while operating an aerial lift
Minimum Qualifications:
- Comfort in working from heights while following proper safety procedures
- Current aerial lift certification
- Prior experience as a scenic artist, scenic painter, or charge painter
- Lift 60 lbs periodically while climbing ladders or steps

PRECONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Preconstruction is the team that brings new business in. We work with clients and subcontractors to get the best proposals and win new projects to build. The Preconstruction Coordinator’s role is to help build those relationships, and be responsible for setting up and maintaining preconstruction project documentation and distributing this information to all involved parties.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up the project on the cloud storage, RedTeam and any other cloud-based platforms utilized for solicitation of bids.
- Responsible for printing/ordering project documentation for Estimators.
- Responsible for creating bid books and transfer books.
- Responsible for creating ITB’s/RFQ’s for subcontractors and soliciting the right subcontractors for different projects and ensuring adequate subcontractor coverage in each scope of work.
- Communicates “persistently” with subcontractors regarding involvement/interest in preconstruction pursuits, diligently follows up to review project scope and pricing prior to bid day.
- Monitors and checks daily for project updates, addenda and RFI’s.
- Updates documents and plan rooms and adequately communicates changes to subcontractors.
- Assists Estimators in creation of RFI’s and bid documents.
- Updates subcontractor information in the company database.
Helps identify and prequalify new subcontractors
